Booking Conditions
You are booking a specific room category, not an individual room.
Arrival and departure day is Saturday. Other weekdays can only be confirmed on short notice (1–2 weeks in advance) and subject to availability.
A room change may be necessary in such cases.
Additional services are charged separately.
Check-in: 2:00 p.m. | Check-out: 10:00 a.m.
Cancellations must be made in writing. In case of cancellation after the contract has been confirmed, a handling fee of 50% or cancellation charges will apply as follows:
Cancellation up to the 31st day before arrival: 30% of the agreed price
Cancellation between the 30th and 8th day before arrival: 50% of the agreed price
Cancellation from the 7th day before arrival: 70% of the agreed price
If arrival or departure on the booked day is not possible due to unfavorable flight times or rough seas, cancellation costs of 50% will apply for the affected day(s).
Winter boat service: From November to March, arrival with the late ferry and departure with the early ferry are not possible.
